- 1 onion minced
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup boiled carrot chopped in small squares
- 2 cup boiled rice
- 1 a few green beans
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 salt to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp veg oil & 2 tablespoons olive oil
Steps to make to make Vegetable Fried Rice.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & a pinch of black pepper.
- Add to the heated oil in the frying pan and whisk well. Set aside.
- In a large pan, add the veg oil and heat, then add the cumin seeds, soon as they start popping, add the onions & fry til transparent.
- Add the garlic paste, fry a little then toss in all the vegetables, vinegar, salt, soy sauce & a pinch of blackpepper and fry for about 6-7 minutes.
- Add the egg & mix well.
- Lastly add the boiled rice and mix everything well.
- Serve hot. Goes well with butter chicken. Recipe in my profile. ENJOYYY!
