- Remove the stem from the green peppers and cut into chunks.
- Heat up the frying pan and put in the shirasu. Dry-fry on medium heat, remove and set aside.
- Pour the sesame oil into Step 2. Cook the peppers and when they become tender, add the shirasu from Step 2. Add the ★ ingredients and then cook in the frying pan.
- Lastly, add the bonito flakes and quickly stir-fry as they mix in. Arrange on a plate and optionally top with white sesame seeds and shichimi spice.
