  1. 2 Cucumber
  2. For the marinating:
  3. 30 ml Soy sauce
  4. 30 ml Rice vinegar
  5. 30 grams Beet sugar or raw cane sugar

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers into rounds about 0.7 cm thick.
